| COMMAND |
TYPE |
DESCRIPTION |
:czw |
bug fix |
Changed sigmac level from 2s to 3s to stop command from
canceling another pending command.
|
:dpe |
enhance |
Added code to display the viewport border outline if so indicated
by the user's option selection.
|
| enhance |
Added code to redisplay the database point 'X' markers if they
are turned on for display.
|
:dper |
enhance |
Added code to display the viewport border outline if so indicated
by the user's option selection.
|
| enhance |
Added code to redisplay the database point 'X' markers if they
are turned on for display.
|
:gap |
bug fix |
Created the exit trap routine :cj_ga_trap to
insure that #lnthru is always restored to its previous value
to keep ARRIS from getting into an inconsistent state.
|
| enhance |
Modified input line to allow <CR> or F10 to
terminate the command.
|
:gr_dwp |
bug fix |
Fixed a bug which was potentially interpreting input strings as
new sigmacs commands which could cause the command to stop working
or to work erratically.
|
:j_arris |
bug fix |
Fixed a serious bug that caused the command to fail completely
on UNIX systems. The command may now be used on all platforms
to launch a new ARRIS session with the specified drawing loaded.
|
:lywk |
enhance |
Added code to update the WK button on the LYMOD2
menu if it, and the specified layer, are currently displayed.
|
:menld |
bug fix |
Added code to refresh the screen just prior to exiting.
|
| bug fix |
Added code to save/reset the user's REL and XYF
modes.
|
| bug fix |
Revised the logic for RI justification when placed on menus.
|
| bug fix |
Replaced hard-coded forward slash character ("/") with
proper reference to _ddelm.
|
| bug fix |
Fixed badly broken text justification feature so that it will
treat '[lcr]' (left/center/right) as 'lower'
justification codes and accept as valid input any of the
'[lmu][lcr]' justification designations and get
the text properly positioned within the menu box.
|
| bug fix |
Added support for a new GMENTXJST environment variable.
If this variable is set to 1, the old (broken!)
text justification handling of '[lcr]' is retained and
will be treated as if 'm[lcr]' had been entered.
This provides a facility for backwards compatibility with
existing, improperly written menus.
|
| bug fix |
Fixed serious problem where the *.ms menu help source
file was never being unloaded. Thus, if a great number of
menus were compiled, more and more instances of the *.ms
files were opened until ARRIS ran out of file descriptors and
would have to be exited and restarted.
|
| bug fix |
Created the trap routine :cj_ml_trap to insure
that the ARRIS system is always restored to its proper state
regardless of how the routine is exited.
|
| bug fix |
Display the current build directory path in the prompt rather
than on the message line so that it doesn't hide error messages
as it was doing previously.
|
| bug fix |
Fixed a bug that was causing all of the on-line menu help text
to become completely garbled.
|
| enhance |
Added a global variable, scj_ml_mllib, and related
support code, to remember the name of the menu library between
invocations.
|
| enhance |
Merged in all of Steve Clark's enhancements which significantly
improve functionality and ease of use. Changes included:
- Adding a MENU search option to the prompts for
the library and menu names.

- Adding an ALL IN DIR option to the menu prompt
which allows all menus in the current directory to
be compiled at once.

- Adding code to translate '\' to '/' for
Windows pathnames.

- Performing some much needed code reorganization.
|
| enhance |
Improved prompt for library and menu names. Added an
EXIT option along with exit checking if 'e',
'q' or 'x' is entered.
|
| enhance |
Added a CHANGE DIRECTORY option to the prompt for the
menu name. This addition significantly enhances the
usefulness of the ALL IN DIR option.
|
| enhance |
Added code to run an ARRIS command string upon exiting from
:menld. If the environment variable
CJ_MENLDCMD is set, its value is treated as an ARRIS
command string and is executed through a call to
$bufad() just prior to exiting. If that environment
variable is not set, then the file
USR:config.dir/cj_menldcmd.tx is checked. If that file
exists, then the first (and only the first!) line in the file
is read and executed. This facility can be used for all sorts
of interesting tasks including specialized cleanup work. As a
simple example, consider reloading the noname.db after
the menu compiler is finished in order to restore all default
database settings including increments, units and scale!
|
| enhance |
Created a work-around for the status menu flashing problem.
|
:mn__getpt |
bug fix |
Fixed a bug which was potentially interpreting input strings as
new sigmacs commands which could cause the command to stop working
or to work erratically.
|
:mn__labplc |
bug fix |
Fixed bug that was causing label attributal text to be improperly
rotated around the X and Y-axes as the label RI was rotated.
|
:mn__clsl |
enhance |
Added a call to :cj_xh_colpen to check the color and
pen settings for any current pattern style.
|
:mn__lyent |
bug fix |
Modified sigmac to unhighlight the current entity when the
command was exited normally by entering a <CR> at the
prompt. Previously, the entity remained highlighted.
|
| enhance |
Updated code to load the NOTES overwrite menu when MATCH
ALL PARAMETERS is selected from the NOTE QUERY/EDIT
pop-up menu. (Note: Parameters must still be set from the
NOTE PARAMETERS setup menu.)
|
:mn__main |
enhance |
Created a work-around for the status menu flashing problem.
|
:mn__pjdtdisp |
bug fix |
Added code to make sure that the DESKTOP menu is
properly updated if ARRIS automatically switches back to
"Select by File" mode.
|
| bug fix |
Eliminated the code that was automatically switching from
Select by Project mode to Select by File mode.
This was always annoying, but changes during the 7.1-8.0
time frame broke this completely so that FILE mode was being
set even when a project/page was selected. Now, ARRIS remains
in whatever mode was selected by the user.
|
| enhance |
Added code to truncate the project/page or directory/drawing
strings to a maximum of 45 characters and then append a
"..." to the string to indicate that condition.
|
:mn__query1 |
bug fix |
Fixed a new bug introduced by SDI during modifications for
ARRIS 8.0. The sigmac failed to set the global variable
smn_ent properly when text entities were matched, keeping
the TEXT overwrite menu from properly loading and the text
entity from properly initializing.
|
:mn__rim |
enhance |
Added code to remember the last six unique RI names entered
and present them as prompt choices.
|
:mn__txfont |
bug fix |
This command is executed when the font is picked from the text
status menu (ST_TEXT). There has been a long standing
bug that did not allow the display of many fonts when the
MORE prompt option was selected. The first page of
fonts would simply be redisplayed. This has been corrected
so that all fonts can now be accessed
|
| bug fix |
Fix problem in scrolling prompt where use of $chr(254)
and $chr(255) which were previously valid are now
undefined and cause display problems.
|
:mn__txremk |
bug fix |
Added changes by Steve Garman to stop loosing the line
extensions for boxed text each time the paragraph is edited.
|
:mn__xhmatch |
bug fix |
Fixed a serious bug that caused line patterns to be created with
incorrect spacing and offset values when an existing pattern's
parameters were being match and the pattern PATTERN CREATE
menu was set to geometry rather than paper units.
|
:mn_apdump |
bug fix |
Fix "off-by-one" bug in the test against #vapknt.
|
| bug fix |
Fixed a long-standing problem where the PLUG-IN menu would be
redisplayed after a module was unloaded. There were display
problems causing dynamic text on the main menu to be lost.
The PLUG-IN menu is no longer automatically redisplayed.
|
| bug fix |
Stop the PLUG-IN pull-down menu from redisplaying after
a module was unloaded as it could interact incorrectly with
the dynamic text being updated on the main menu.
|
| enhance |
Added code to support a new FINISH keyword entry in
the *__appl.tx file. This record is similar to the
START entry, but allows a command to be specified that
is to be run when after application has been unloaded. This
solves all sorts of problems and special situations where the
application does something unusual after being loaded and needs
to do some cleanup work before exiting. Any number of
FINISH records may be specified. However, note that
any command specified must still be available after the
application's menu and sigmac libraries have been unloaded.
|
| enhance |
Added code to properly manage the ARRIS++ menus system while
making sure that the application does not get loaded on the
main menu as an alternate application. ARRIS++ hides itself
as an application module so as not to interfere with the
other standard modules.
|
| enhance |
Added support to perform clean-up work when the Quickstart
module was unloaded including the reloading of the user's
default colormap, loading of noname.db and automatically
reload ARRIS++ if it was previously loaded.
|
:mn_appask |
enhance |
Added support to coordinate the mutual unloading of ARRIS++ and
QUICKSTART when the other module is being loaded.
|
:mn_appl3 |
enhance |
Added support to coordinate the unloading of ARRISplus and ARRIS++
when the Quickstart module was loaded.
|
| enhance |
Created a work-around for the status menu flashing problem.
|
:mn_atover |
bug fix |
Modified sigmac to load the ST_RI status menu instead
of the now obsolete ST_ATT1 attribute menu when the
report option was specified.
|
| enhance |
Added code so that the NAME, VALUE and
DISPLAY boxes on the status menu will be filled in
when the ST_ATT1 status menu is displayed.
|
:mn_catmgr |
bug fix |
A small change was made to allow proper loading of the standard
ARRIS Architect Catalog under all conditions.
|
| bug fix |
Fixed a bug where multiple selections from the ARCHITECT
CATALOGS pop-up menu could not be made under certain
conditions.
|
| enhance |
Added a test for the global integer variable
icj_ct_arch. If set to #true, forces
modification of the ARCHITECT rather than STYLES
catalog regardless of the current overwrite menu. This
provides much greated flexibility in the use of catalogs.
|
:mn_chamfer |
enhance |
Added code to remember the last six unique chamfer distances
entered and present them as prompt choices.
|
| enhance |
The second chamfer distance defaults to the first value
entered, if no second value has yet been entered.
|
:mn_clsl |
enhance |
Added support for the enhanced ARRIS++ color selection menu.
|
| enhance |
Added support to update the revision cloud status menu.
|
| enhance |
Added support to update the break-line status menu.
|
:mn_copy3 |
bug fix |
Fixed a bug which was potentially interpreting input strings as
new sigmacs commands which could cause the command to stop working
or to work erratically.
|
:mn_dbhist |
bug fix |
Fixed a very serious bug that caused ARRIS to lose track of the
current project when documents were loaded from the RECENT
DOCUMENTS menu in PROJECT mode. This could result in
the incorrect PAGE SELECT or PROJECT PAGE MANAGER
menu being displayed or in ARRIS incorrectly reporting that there
was no page list for the current project.
|
| enhance |
Radically changed the display mode of the recent documents
data to support the new three-column format.
|
| enhance |
Added code to display column headers on the
RECENT DOCUMENTS menu.
|
| enhance |
Reworked the logic for truncating long lines.
|
| enhance |
Added new 'file' and 'proj' command modes.
|
:mn_dbnew |
bug fix |
Added modifications provided by Steve Garman to fix problem
where renaming a drawing fails to copy layer and display list
files to the new location. If the original master.dr
drawing was copied and then the original deleted, all layer
information would then be lost.
|
:mn_desktop |
bug fix |
Fixed problem where the LAYER button was not being
properly unhighlighted.
|
:mn_dgmenu |
bug fix |
Added code to manage the relocation of the dg_user.st
file from the USR: (ARRIS 7.1) to USR:config.dir
(ARRIS 8.0) directory.
|
| bug fix |
The mouse motion commands and labels of the MOUSE MCI menu
were being replaced by ':' or ':>' when a
user attempted to cancel a command by either hitting or
selecting the OPTIONS menu titlebar. This has been fixed so
that the command string or label remains unchanged in these
situations.
|
| enhance |
Improved prompting by adding ^def: (default) and
CANCEL options for the MCI command and label.
|
:mn_dgusrld |
bug fix |
SDI moved the mouse motion command files from the 'usr:'
directory to 'usr:config.dir' subdirectory sometime
during ARRIS 7.0 or 7.1. However, this sigmac, which loads
commands from these dg_*.st files, was not properly
updated to be able to locate the relocated files. This bug
has been fixed.
|
:mn_dim |
enhance |
Reactivated and improved code that allows freestanding dimension
leader lines to have manual text or measured dimension notation
added. This feature is controlled by a new ARRIS++ option so that
the original or new leader line behavior can be selected by the
user.
|
| enhance |
Improved command prompting to indicate the actions taken when
<CR> was entered. Also added prompts to indicate when
it was possible to use the previously undocumented F8 key
to automatically dimension door and window openings.
|
:mn_dim2 |
bug fix |
Fixed a bug where manual dimensioning was not always obeying the
current CAPS mode setting.
|
| bug fix |
Fixed bug that was causing rectangular cursor modeling of the
dimension string to be incorrectly sized if associative
dimensioning was selected during manual placement mode.
|
| enhance |
Added enhancements provided by Steve Garman that provides a
menu of dimensioning options when TX MODE is set to
manual.
|
:mn_dist |
bug fix |
Using notes provided by Steve Clark, a serious problem was
fixed. When measuring the perimeter of compound (i.e.,
multi-part) zone boundaries, the original code was not
excluding the distance between the separate parts and thus,
produced incorrect results.
|
| bug fix |
Modified handling of XYF and DSR so that user's
settings were honored. More precise measurements can be made
made along an axis and keyboard input will be treated properly.
The reference point is now properly updated on the screen.
|
| enhance |
Added support to calculate current and historical running
totals for distance calculations.
|
| enhance |
Added new 'reset' and 'init' modes to support new features on
the DISTANCE menu.
|
| enhance |
Added code to support the new RECTANGULAR AREA box on the
DISTANCE menu.
|
:mn_dmsetup |
bug fix |
Fixed a bug which was potentially interpreting input strings as
new sigmacs commands which could cause the command to stop working
or to work erratically.
|
:mn_dmstup |
bug fix |
Fixed a bug which was potentially interpreting input strings as
new sigmacs commands which could cause the command to stop working
or to work erratically.
|
:mn_dmstat |
bug fix |
Fixed a bug in the display of the text font name on the leader line
dimension status menu. This had not been updated for ARRIS 8.0.
|
| bug fix |
Fixed a bug that caused the leader line symbol (arrowhead)
to improperly display in the current color rather than the
dimension mark color for the current dimensioning style.
|
:mn_dmtxed |
bug fix |
Created the exit trap routine :cj_dm_trap to
insure that the "inside text location" mode (#fdmabc) does
not get left set to "prompt" mode.
|
| bug fix |
There was a long-standing bug that made it impossible to
replace an existing dimension text string if the default string
was selected and CAPS mode was on. In this case,
the default existing string would be converted to the opposite
case and then it would fail to match the dimension string when
the actual edit was attempted. This serious problem has been
corrected.
|
| bug fix |
There was a long-standing bug when editing multiple dimension
strings in manual text mode while CAPS mode was
on, that caused the replacement dimension text to alternate
between upper and lower case for each dimension string being
edited. This has been fixed.
|
:mn_dmtxloc |
bug fix |
Fixed bug that was causing rectangular cursor modeling of the
dimension string to be incorrectly sized if associative
dimensioning was selected during manual placement mode.
|
:mn_dmtxoff |
bug fix |
Created the exit trap routine :cj_dm_trap2 to
insure that the REL mode does not get left set to "off".
|
:mn_dtext1 |
bug fix |
Fixed problem where a number of informational messages were
never being seen since they were being cleared immediately
after being displayed.
|
| enhance |
Added modifications provided by Steve Garman to handle the
situation where text selected for editing was located on a
layer not currently set for editing. The user is now prompted
as to whether the layer should be turned on for editing.
|
:mn_dtext2 |
|
|
:mn_dxyabs |
bug fix |
This command failed completely if the REL mode was on and the
current reference point was located anywhere other than at the
drawing origin. This problem has been corrected.
|
| enhance |
Added an exit handler routine to insure that the user's
original REL mode is properly reset, regardless of how the
command is terminated.
|
| enhance |
Expanded the input prompt for clarity and modified it so that
<CR> can be used to terminate the command.
|
:mn_edatt |
bug fix |
Fixed command to honor the current CAPS mode setting while editing
attribute names and/or values.
|
:mn_editsp |
enhance |
Merged changes between ARRIS 7.1 and 8.0 so routine works
with both versions. In ARRIS 7.1 the new attribute and zone
buttons immediately display the old pop-up entity edit menus
while in ARRIS 8.0 they provide native editing support.
|
| enhance |
Modified the format and size of button label text written to
the EDIT and EDIT2 menus.
|
:mn_edover |
bug fix |
Fixed problem where the TOOLS button on the _IKON
menu was not always being unhighlighted properly.
|
| enhance |
Added new code to integrate this routine with the
global overwr.tx file
so that the associated edit command to execute for a given
overwrite menu (when right-clicking on the TOOLS
button) can be controlled by this file. This gives developers
the ability to integrate custom-designed application overwrite
menus into the menu system in a way not previously possible.
|
| enhance |
Made changes required to integrate attributes and zones into
the revised editing system.
|
:mn_edslct |
bug fix |
Fixed problem where the [C] button on the EDIT and
COPY menus was not resetting the text font or the
attribute or zone property filters.
|
| bug fix |
Fixed bug when the group selection method was active and an
attempt was made to set a color filter (a non-allowed
operation), an error message was displayed and then the
routine proceeded to prompt for the color anyway.
|
| bug fix |
Modified the sigmac to properly support the incomplete change
made by SDI for text font handling using the string global
variables smn_edtxfont, smn_edatname and
smn_edzntype.
|
| bug fix |
Fixed a bug which was potentially interpreting input strings
as new sigmacs commands which could cause the command to stop
working or to work erratically.
|
| enhance |
Made cosmetic changes in the way text was displayed on menus
to improve appearance and consistency.
|
| enhance |
Added support for updating the special entity filter
indicator light located under the EDIT button on the
DESKTOP menu.
|
:mn_edstrt |
enhance |
Merged changes between ARRIS 7.1 and 8.0 so routine
works with both versions.
|
| enhance |
When running under ARRIS 7.1, if smn_ent1 is set to either
'at' or 'zn', reset it to 'ALL' so that
the EDIT menu can function properly.
|
| enhance |
Added code to support the new DIAGNOSE & REPAIR button for the
ARRISplus utility. The button text is greyed out if the
currently selected entity filter type is not supported by
this function.
|
:mn_edtxfl |
bug fix |
When the pop-up editing window was dismissed, often the volatile
data on the ARRIS menus would be garbled or would disappear from
the screen altogether. A call to refresh the menu system was
added to correct this problem.
|
:mn_fillet |
enhance |
Added code to remember the last six fillet radius values
entered and present them as prompt choices.
|
:mn_gencol |
bug fix |
This sigmac was supposed to accept up to three optional,
user-selectable prompt arguments. The manner in which the
third option was being handled was inconsistent and led to
a number of functional problems. This difficulty has been
corrected and proper documentation describing how to use
the sigmac was added to the file.
|
| bug fix |
This sigmac failed to perform proper checking against the
first optional prompt argument, rendering it worthless.
This bug has been corrected.
|
| enhance |
Increased allowable prompt string length from 24 to 30
characters.
|
:mn_getfil |
bug fix |
Fixed small bug that caused directory path to display
incorrectly if string length was exactly (ilen + 1) in length.
|
| bug fix |
Fixed bug that allowed a user to traverse directly to a
targeted directory by typing in the path, which would totally
confuse :mn_getfil and leave it in an
inconsistent and useless state.
|
| bug fix |
Added test for existence of directory prior to attempting
to navigate there. This catches a lot of problems that
were created when the user manually entered nonexistent
paths.
|
| bug fix |
Added a new dir1 command mode which reads and tosses
away the filename argument when changing directories has
been disallowed. Previously, the extra argument was not
being handled by :mn_getfil and so it was
read by ARRIS as a new command and usually generated a very
confusing error!
|
| bug fix |
Changed slidebar ID number from #1 to #2 since there was a
conflict with other menu slidebars with ID #1 that could be
concurrently active (such as on the MNHELP menu!)
This is only a workaround to a much more serious underlying
problem with the slidebar code.
|
| bug fix |
Added code to redisplay the up-arrow icon when directory
traversal is reinstated.
|
| bug fix |
Completely reworked the scrollbar logic to make page buttons
work in a sensible way and stop stepping past the end of the
list! Also improved scrolling so that it operates smoothly
and allows positioning anywhere within the list.
|
| bug fix |
Fixed prompt to avoid use of the now obsolete $chr(252)
and $chr(253) arrow characters.
|
| enhance |
Modified code to support the new
navigation buttons on the GETFIL, GETIMAGE
and LYMDST menus.
|
| enhance |
The "previous" directory visited is remembered so
that it can be revisited at a future time. This is a big
improvement when repetitive navigation is required.
|
| enhance |
Added code to display directory paths located under
${GRUSR}, ${GRSTD}, ${ARRIS} or
other in four different colors. This provides some
visual feedback as to the current location.
|
| enhance |
When loading an existing layer in a drawing, the command now
displays the directory (folder) description while navigating
and displays the layer name, description and entity count
when a layer is selected.
|
:mn_ikon |
bug fix |
Added code to force RI ikons that were created in color
#fnone to be drawn in color #115 rather than in the
current color. This eliminates the problem of having menu
icons that constantly change color and may be difficult to
see if the current color is similar to the background.
|
| enhance |
Added support for the ARRIS++
replacement toolbar.
|
:mn_inpflg |
enhance |
Added support for the ARRIS++
enhanced pattern menus.
|
| enhance |
Added code to update the curve direction (DIR) setting when
the value for #fcrdir changes. (Note: This should
really be handled by a FILL record in the menu definition.)
|
:mn_layadd |
bug fix |
Fixed a bug which was potentially interpreting input strings as
new sigmacs commands which could cause the command to stop working
or to work erratically.
|
:mn_laydes |
enhance |
Eliminated the artificial 32-character limitation that was
being imposed on layer descriptions.
|
:mn_layset |
bug fix |

unhighlighted. This was due to SDI's redesign of the
DESKTOP menu while failing to update this code.
|
:mn_laytyp |
enhance |
Improved input prompts to accept any user input.
|
:mn_lnstat |
enhance |
Made modifications to insure that, if loaded, the ST_LINE
status menu would get updated even if the LINE or
CIRCLE overwrite menus were not displayed.
|
:mn_lyent |
bug fix |
Added code to make routine unhighlight the currently selected
entity if the user terminates the command by entering
<CR>.
|
| enhance |
Added support to remake visible points.
|
:mn_lystyle |
bug fix |
Changed sigmac to properly handle style filenames being passed
into the load and loadv modes as either bare or
fully qualified names.
|
| bug fix |
Fixed problem where this routine could not locate the layer
style files that had been moved into the DB:views.dir
directory.
|
| bug fix |
Fixed problem uncovered by Steve Garman where custom line data
was not being read back in from the layer style files.
|
:mn_mnhelp |
bug fix |
Altered code for the 'right' mode to properly strip
off the leading '<' when executing a right-click
command.
|
| bug fix |
Stopped stripping the leading '<' from commands
when displaying the string on the SETUP menu. The
old behavior was confusing and did not inform the user as to
the true nature of the command strings.
|
| bug fix |
Fixed problem of not being able to properly displaying
!'string' commands on the SETUP menu.
|
| bug fix |
Modified a call to $mntext() to stop it from splitting
text containing a '|' into two lines.
|
| bug fix |
Fixed problem with inappropriate display of user-defined
description when default right-click command was being used.
|
| bug fix |
Fixed problem where the user-defined right-click command
string was being displayed under the default right-click
description due to a faulty assignment.
|
| bug fix |
Fixed problems that caused a variety of erratic scrolling
conditions while viewing on-line help using the full help
(MNHELP) menu.
|
| enhance |
Modified code to force ikon RIs created in color #fnone
to be displayed using either color #116 (black) or #115 (white).
|
| enhance |
Added support for the '<<0' command string which
is a valid command to unload the current menu only.
|
| enhance |
Added support to the 'exec' mode to allow it to properly
handle '^MENU' notation.
|
| enhance |
Added code to allow simple variable assignments to be accepted
as valid command strings.
|
| enhance |
Added support for the ARRIS++
replacement toolbar.
|
:mn_nctmgr |
bug fix |
Fixed a bug that kept the CURRENT NOTE CATALOG field from being
properly updated on the NOTE CATALOG MANAGER menu when
the active notes catalog was deleted.
|
| bug fix |
Fixed bug where exiting from the NOTE CATALOG MANAGER
PARAMETERS menu without saving changes was failing to clear
the "save" flag as it was being done when exiting from
the NOTE CATALOG MANAGER menu.
|
|
| enhance |
Added code to update the name of the current notes catalog on
the NOTES overwrite menu when that catalog was changed.
|
|
| enhance |
Reformatted all prompts to eliminate the improper use of
capitalization which was totally inconsistent with the
remainder of the ARRIS system.
|
|
:mn_nctmgrm |
bug fix |
Fixed a display problem that caused the frame and leader symbols
to be invisible on the menu when the symbol's color was set to 0.
|
:mn_nctmgrp |
bug fix |
Changed sigmac level from 1u to 1s to make this a
system sigmac.
|
| bug fix |
Fixed a serious bug that when prompting for a new font,
arbitrarily limited the selection to just ten fonts. Now,
the command prompt provides a scrolling list to allow access
to all active fonts.
|
|
| enhance |
Added support for the ARRIS++ enhanced color selection menu.
|
|
| enhance |
Improved prompts for color selection to immediately display
the color select menu rather than forcing user to first
select the MENU prompt option.
|
|
| enhance |
Reformatted all prompts to eliminate the improper use of
capitalization which was totally inconsistent with the
remainder of the ARRIS system.
|
|
:mn_notes |
bug fix |
Modified the code to allow catalog note placement to repeat.
This means that multiple instances of the same note may be
located on the drawing without having to be constantly
reselected.

the parameters and not properly highlight the SAVE (previously
Apply) button when the NOTES PARAMETERS pop-up
menu was redisplayed. This situation has been corrected.
|
| bug fix |
Fixed a bug in the way the keynote and leader symbols were
being displayed. Previously, if the associated color was set

On the QUERY/EDIT menu, matching the pattern RI name called
this routine which then incorrectly matched all of the
pattern parameters. This has been fixed so that now only the

|
:mn_riplace |
bug fix |
When placing an attributal RI, the reference point was being left
at the location of the attribute text instead of at the RI

with XYF=on. This annoying bug has been fixed.
|
| enhance |
Added code to support the new
ST_XH pattern
status menu.
|
| enhance |
Each time a RI placement session was terminated, the
RI placement offset value
was being automatically cleared. This was inconvenient for
users of this feature and has been changed to leave the
current value active. The original behavior can be restored
by setting the environment variable CJ_RIPLCOFF=RESET
in your .profile or .cshrc file (UNIX), or in
your arris.ini file (Windows).
|

The SDI version of this option would not restore the original
graphical reference point if the command was interrupted.
This problem has been corrected.
|
| enhance |
Added eight new fixed scale values and three additional prompt
options to facilitate easy mirroring of the entities about the
X, Y, or X+Y-axes during a copy or move
operation.
|
| enhance |
Added the POINTS option which allows the scale to be determined
graphically as the ratio between a user-defined Baseline and
Newline. The SDI version of this option left various pop-up
menus on the screen, making it impossible to set the scale
graphically. The ARRIS++ command will automatically remove any
pop-up menu from the screen while the command is active and
will then redisplay that menu once the scale is set.
|
| enhance |
Added additional prompt options so that typical scale values
may be immediately selected rather than having to be typed in
from the keyboard.

|
| enhance |
In distance mode, a check is made for an initial comma
(which might be entered if user is entering a vertical
distance and thinks a Y-axis value is required!) which is
stripped off before processing. This avoids a floating
point parameter error which would terminate the command.
This behavior is much more friendly.
|
| enhance |
Added code to do full numeric error checking with
corresponding improvements in input and error handling.
|
:mn_ttfonts |

|
| enhance |
This sigmac was modified to update the Z-HGT box on the
TOOLBAR menu whenever this value was changed. This is
done through a call to the :cj_ik_zdsp
sigmac. This keeps the value displayed on the toolbar
synchronized with any changes made through the WORKPLANE
pull-down menu.
|
| enhance |
Modified sigmac to remember the last Z-height value so that
it can be toggled by right-clicking on the Z-HGT

bug fix |
Fixed a bug that was causing this routine to ignore the current
RI origin offset value when modeling the drag cursor during RI
placement. This was responsible for the situation where the RI
would be placed on the drawing at a different location from the
cursor's position. This no longer occurs. The cursor will now
properly indicate the RI when an origin and/or placement offset
value is specified.
